What date will I receive my merchandise?

Unless you have requested Rush or Next Day shipping, you can expect to receive your order within two weeks, using our standard shipping method of U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service.

Can I return a product?
If you have received damaged merchandise or we have failed to live up to our satisfaction guarantee, you may return the product for a full refund or an even exchange for other products within 30 days of your receiving it. Your returned merchandise must be properly packaged and in good condition when we receive it. You are responsible for the packaging, shipping and all other costs associated with its return. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit from your place to ours, so proper packaging is important. Please visit our Return Merchandise Checklist for complete details.

How can I track my order?
At this time, we do not offer online order tracking.

What credit cards do you accept?
Wordpix Solutions, our parent company, accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Every order is processed through our secure, encrypted transaction at our secure processing website.

Can I send a product to someone other than myself?
Absolutely. After you make your selection and have entered the shopping cart area of our website, you will be given the option of adding the recipient name and shipping address. In some instances, for certain products, you will also have the ability to enter a personalized message or name for the product.

Can I order by telephone?
Not at this time. We encourage you to order online, since our website is set up for secure, encrypted order transactions and you enter your own information, thereby assuring its accuracy and making the appropriate selections.

Can I order merchandise to be sent to a foreign country?
Not at this time. Currently, we fill orders only for the United States.
