Checklist for Returning Merchandise

Step 1 - Determine if the product is returnable

  • Determine that the product deficiency is not the result of mistreatment or mishandling after you received it. Your returned merchandise must be in good condition when we receive it. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit/shipping from your place to ours.

  • If not more than 30 days since you received the product, print this page and move to Step 2.

Step 2 - Preparation & packing list

  • Contact Wordpix Solutions for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Email us directly or use our inquiry form.

  • Write the RMA number in the RMA number space on the Packing List (below).

  • Complete the rest of the information requested in the Packing List at the bottom of this page.

Step 3 - Packaging

  • Package the merchandise using its original packing materials (if available) or substitute packaging that is ample enough to protect all sides of the merchandise from jarring and impact during shipping. To a large degree, refundability depends on how well you handle and package the merchandise. Take extra care to package it well.

  • Include the completed Packing List showing your RMA number.

Step 4 - Shipping

  • Choose an appropriate shipping method (United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express Ground/Air, others).

  • Affix sufficient postage (you are responsible for postage/shipping fees) and ship with Packing List enclosed.
