Who collects sales tax when merchandise is purchased at LaZone? Our parent company, Wordpix Solutions, collects the sales tax and is responsible for reporting and paying the sales tax to the appropriate state agency.

Must I have a Resellers Permit ("resale license") in order to be a vendor on LaZone? It is not required that you have a resellers permit as you will not be collecting sales tax on merchandise you sell through our site.

Should I put a link to LaZone on my website? Of course! We'd love to have you link to LaZone. Just use the URL for our home page or your product page.

How will LaZone be marketed? Vendors and people they refer to LaZone are largely responsible for the increasing volume of traffic our site enjoys. Word of mouth and happy customers are the secret to our success.

Do I need special software or a password to retrieve my orders? No. When we receive an order for your merchandise, we will notify you by email. Our email message will contain all the details of the order (date, purchaser's name, address, recipient's name and address, phone and email address, quantity and size or style ordered, etc.). We'll remind you at that time to notify us once you fill the order. Since we process the credit card, you will not have access to credit card information.
